THE MENU
Mister Bianco pays homage to locally sourced and organic produce.
Beginning with a selection of ‘Stuzzichini’ (Small plates to share) from our filled zucchini flowers, arancini with pea and smoked mozzarella cheese to sher wagyu meatballs 'messinese'.
‘Starters’ include a burrata and roasted butternut pumpkin salad, spice dusted calamari or the mister bianco confit pork, rabbit and duck terrine with many other selections available.
Mains span from squid ink tortellini to a risotto of saffron and scallops, to more substantial mains such as pan fried barramundi fillets with roasted eggplant, fennel and sauce 'Aqua pazza' or braised lamb neck in red wine with Tuscan cabbage and glazed figolettes. A range of chargrilled options are available including a great cross section of desserts and casual choices.
